Monday

1 wholewheat roll and 1 x provolone slice + 1 x slice of muenster
3 x weetabix and FF milk
1 x banana
I am really starving but holding out for pasta and vodka sauce for dinner
NO WINE TONIGHT, on the wagon for a bit (or is it just that I haven't been to the liquor store for a while?)

Cereal (my favourite IKEA stuff) and FF milk
toasted wholewheat roll
drank lots of water today, trying to rehydrate my skin!
2 x small apple bran muffins (homemade but not by me)
baked turbot, aubergine (eggplant) and tomato sauce
a lot of red wine

Tough day already - catered a luncheon and couldn't stop picking!

1 x kaiser roll w provolone cheese
apple juice
1 x black coffee
2 dunking donuts munchkins, honestly just 2
handful of crisps (chips)
bowl of cereal and FF milk
2 x red wine!

baked tofu with noodles and veg (just had half of the portion and took the rest home!)

1 x pint of Heavy Seas Golden Ale (one of those tiny US pints!)

2 x bean burritos with FF cheese (doesn't melt well does it!)
6 x reduced fat triscits
1 x FF yog, pear flavour
have some meat free meatballs in low sodium mushroom soup on the stove for dinner
oh just had a glass of red, well it is 5 o'clock somewhere

Monday

Didn't have access to internet over the Thanksgiving.  All I can say is that I did very well on the food (not eating, turkey, chicken, ham, bacon etc helped) but didn't let the side down when it came to adult beverages!

Hectic day at work but didn't fall apart...quite
2 x small slices raisin toast
1 x FF yog
1 x small mint choc slimfast bar
coffee - I know, rare for me
Couscous from my doggy bag of last night
apple
grilled vegetarian 'beef', deglazed pan with red wine and veg stock, homemade mash, honestly guv'nor just a couple of scoops.
2 lite beers - 2 squares of milk choc
off to bed with a camomile tea

I love Thanksgiving but I'm always viewing it with trepidation especially being the only non-meat eater around the table.  Well here goes...

2 x crystal light pomegranet drink
Wish me luck, I'm going to somebody's house for dinner tonight!
Delicious baked tilapia, couscous, roasted veggies and a fresh salad.
3 x wine!

2 x rye toast
1 x egg, sunny side up (non-stick pan, no oil)
refried (but no fat!) mash
3 x mini veggie patties (really they are little)
2 x lovely cuppas, ooh think I'll put the kettle on
finished the herrings in garlic sauce with 4 x knackerbrod rorm IKEA (I just like writing it)
I am going to have a plate of homemade chips (fries), they're very fat, so there's less surface volume = less fat (but obviously I have an affinity!)
2 x reduced fat cheese sticks
1 x lite beer
all in all not a bad day, distinct lactk of vegetables recently, honestly it's not like me.

Small bowl of granola, FF milk, milled flax seed
lovely cuppa
1 x veggie dog
green salad with shrimp, avocado and NO DRESSING
Iced tea no sugar
1 x kackerbrod with herrings
just found half of a godiva choc bar in the fridge, one of those little ones, and then halved it again and shared!
Blast it!  Broke down and drank 2 x lite beers, don't worry it was in the space of about 3 hours!

grilled cheese sandwich (not good - so I got my punishment)

2 x red wine
got home and had a small, really, bowl of granola and FF milk
nice cuppa before bed,  tough day, my dogs are barking! (but I'm not going to feed'em)

then everything went 'tits up' when I found the last 4 choc digestives...however, as I said, they were the last 4!
2 x cuppas so far
big plans today to be 'good'.

2 x whole wheat bread and 1 can x lovely smoked sardines
Good so far but I could murder a bar of chocolate or maybe a red wine or three.
Just put the soup on (homemade split pea) yum

teaspoon of lite syrup (honestly)
an atkins choc and coconut bar (it was in my desk!)
11am and I am starving!  Trying to keep calm and in control.
Hs s cup of coffee (black) on a chair but someone pinched it!
1 x powerhouse wrap, not bad
off to get more coffee
homemade pea soup, it was too thick to be soup so I had it with some mash pots
2 x IKEA knackerbrods
Ah ha, found the chocolate digestives x 3

What a busy day.

2 eggs scrambled, 2 x toast with marmite!
2 x cuppas

1 x Wendy's fish sandwich + fries
black coffee 
(I was then wondering how bad things could get)
car battery dead - got hot shot from man at Wendy's, actually I didn't the better looking of the party managed that!)
small piece of sockeye salmon
steamed veg
3 x cadbury digestives
more white wine than is probably good for you on a 'school night' but at least I have upped my water intake!
somewhere in there is a portion of delicious homemade (not my home) apple sauce- full o fiber!

Sunday

3 cups of tea, did I mention that I gave up milk in it about a year ago, what an epiphany.  Now I can leave cups around and drink them even when tea's gone cold (never had sugar in it)
Granola and FF milk.
2 Lindor dark choc (they were given to me)
went to IKEA and had salmon, veggies and their weirdy bubble & squeaky things
1 x yog icecream cone
just had a mouthful of left over papaya salad and now I can't feel my lips or tongue,
Put a bottle of Chardonnay in the fridge, well you never know someone might come round tonight!?
Had green peas in stock in the slow cooker all day, maybe I'll have some pea soup later.

one cuppa
one small bowl (honestly) granola with FF milk (my favourtie type of milk by the way)
a banana
just going to put the kettle on now
a small amount of honey goat cheese (too sweet for me) on some broken sun chips.
Not keen on Thai food but had GRILLED clamari and a papaya salad (appetizer size) that still has my mouth burning.
Far two much red wine and 2 x pints draught Guinness (haven't had one, let alone two of those for years)

Still thinking about what to eat, had a cuppa already though
mini shredded wheats with FF greek yog
I had two pieces of toasted ciabatta with FF cheddar for elevenses
broke down and had 2 x bean burritos for lunch.
It's 4.15pm, is it bad to have already had 2 x red wine?  After all this is my day off and I have managed to do the laundry, make the beds and re-organize the freeezer, I think I bloody deserve them, ta dah, going to WALK up to the library to return some books, how about that!

Finished the night with two pieces of toast and some laughing cow!  One more cuppa before bed I think.  TTFN

Thursday

Started with special K and fat free greek yog.
So far so good....
have got light veg orzo soup in a flask for lunch...had a small slimfast mint choc snack with a cuppa at 11am then as promised had a small bowl of soup.  Not bad.
Having a really pissy day so I'm hoping not to break out the chips or chocs later.
No plans for dinner yet but I expect there's a glass of red in my future.
Quite sensible dinner maybe the penny is starting to drop, made small amount of penne pasta, spinach and ricotta going to add a can of tuna (in water)
still that gives me room for the red I've just opened!
One of the worse days at work for a very long time, still managed to stay out of the cookie jar!

intend to have homemade/homegrown squash soup for lunch (we'll see)
So much for good intentions,
had 2 x slices cheese on toast (hey it was whole wheat)

all fell apart afterwards, had to pick up a Panera Sandwich 770 calories.  Why is it that a whole sandwich is 770 but a half sandwich is 520?
The Josh's Mum made a rum, nut cake, but I only had a sliver!

1 x mint chocolate slimfast snack bar
1 x limeade
2 x fresca bean burrito

and it's not 4pm yet!  ps I'm allergic to chocolate

followed by 3 x Dos XX light
shrimp, asparagus, penne pasta, and that would've been ok if I hadn't added the garlic sauce!
