Started with special K and fat free greek yog.
So far so good....
have got light veg orzo soup in a flask for lunch...had a small slimfast mint choc snack with a cuppa at 11am then as promised had a small bowl of soup. Not bad.
Having a really pissy day so I'm hoping not to break out the chips or chocs later.
No plans for dinner yet but I expect there's a glass of red in my future.
Quite sensible dinner maybe the penny is starting to drop, made small amount of penne pasta, spinach and ricotta going to add a can of tuna (in water)
still that gives me room for the red I've just opened!
One of the worse days at work for a very long time, still managed to stay out of the cookie jar!
