2 x rye toast
1 x egg, sunny side up (non-stick pan, no oil)
refried (but no fat!) mash
3 x mini veggie patties (really they are little)
2 x lovely cuppas, ooh think I'll put the kettle on
finished the herrings in garlic sauce with 4 x knackerbrod rorm IKEA (I just like writing it)
I am going to have a plate of homemade chips (fries), they're very fat, so there's less surface volume = less fat (but obviously I have an affinity!)
2 x reduced fat cheese sticks
1 x lite beer
all in all not a bad day, distinct lactk of vegetables recently, honestly it's not like me.
