2 x tiny cookies (honestly)
3 x tea
2 x bean burritos with FF cheese (doesn't melt well does it!)
6 x reduced fat triscits
1 x FF yog, pear flavour
have some meat free meatballs in low sodium mushroom soup on the stove for dinner
oh just had a glass of red, well it is 5 o'clock somewhere
